I love the base of this trunk, with its kicks and creases, and the way the branches swirl in harmony with it. the whole thing reminds me of a Latin American dancer...

Viewed from the right hand side (bottom picture) you can see how the ong jin sweeps forward, echoing the balletic theme.

Wired in spring 2007, almost ready to be removed. Potted spring 2006.
