H E T E R O P H Y L L A Grown from a five yer-old seedling found in 1981 37cm high - 44cm wide Pot: hand-made cement slab (see the construction method in my Studio section) This tree originally consisted of three trunks: what is now the tallest was central trunk, the large jin is what remains of the left hand trunk, and the third emerged toward the right from the curve at the base of the main trunk. The movement in the trunk line and the large jin was achieved by wiring when they were both young and pliable.
